Hello and welcome! My name is Becky, I am a Holistic Registered Nurse, and it is my mission to support you to nurture your nervous system through my Gentle Living philosophy. I work with nurses, health care providers, healers, creatives and anyone who may be experiencing the effects of anxiety, stress and burnout.
Gentle Living is a holistic framework which combines evidence-based science with spirituality. I aim to provide easily accessible and practical strategies, tools and guidance to enable healing of the nervous system and optimum physical, mental and spiritual wellness.
